Through our network of technology partnerships, we facilitate the discovery, purchase, and delivery of digital products intended for marketing, promotional, business analytics, and research use.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our platform:

We do not collect your Aadhaar, PAN, or other government ID unless required by law. We do not collect payment card details — payments are processed by third-party gateways.

• We do not warrant the continued availability of any account after purchase, as this depends on partner service conditions
• Third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) may independently modify or suspend accounts — this is outside our partnership scope and beyond our control
• Buzzmaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any third-party platform whose services may be accessed through our partners
• We do not accept liability for accounts being disabled, restricted, or terminated by the originating platform after delivery

As per Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000, Buzzmaster operates as a technology-enabled service platform acting in good faith through partnerships to deliver digital services. We are not liable for the independent actions of third-party platforms or user misuse of delivered products, provided we act in compliance with applicable law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing — we never store plain-text passwords
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Sensitive order credentials are stored in encrypted form
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts
• Regular security audits and access controls are in place

As required by the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, we maintain reasonable security practices to protect sensitive personal data.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years as required for financial and legal compliance under Indian law.

We use essential cookies only — these are necessary for login sessions, authentication tokens, and basic platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or sell cookie data to third parties.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian regulations, you have the right to:
